Tables lead to trouble .... they take up space, are rarely used, can collect clutter - and then there's this overwhelming desire to spend MORE money for table stuff... before you know it you need placemats and serving dishes and posher plates and better cutlery and napkin holders and name holders and a centrepiece, possibly a vase which will then need fresh flowers.... then, when you plonk your 4rse on the sofa you spot it needs dusting.
 Tables are evil.
Yeah, but people are strange. I bet you there are people who would not even consider viewing your (lovely) flat because they perceive there is nowhere to eat. I would beg borrow or steal (not really) a small cafe/bistro table & a couple of chairs. I'd then get the EA back round and get him to take new photos, even if that does mean shifting your storage unit somewhere else for a while. Whilst I wouldn't hide the fact in the write up that the kitchen/lounge is open plan, I would have the photos taken to show kitchen & living area separate & would ditch the shots that show how open plan it is.0

since the late 90s freeholds have become available to most 'block dwellers'--my block has its own freehold we purchased for 70k--we self manage the running of the block and keep fees as reasonable as possible--all you need to do to get the freehold is have a overall majority desiring to purchase the freehold--it cost us 6k per flat and has saved us a fortune in extortionate fees from management agencies--its just as good as owning your own home and having control!--i have lived in a flat where i i couldnt get the freehold and it was a nightmare financially!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0
