LIR - try only using a thoroughbred, and finding out that the one you have had your eye on all season has been pitched in at £8500 for his first season.... lol, well I have a feeling that they will just laugh at my querying concessions and foal share/pay when you sell question, but who knows - they might not !! Have found two others, so might well have a road trip going on (they are in Yorkshire!)

Used some of the dove conditioner just now - my hair feels quite nice, though its not totally dry yet, smells quite nice, though theres still a slight taint of that odd nose "burning" sensation - but nowhere near as bad as that shower gel.
Feeling very clean and hairless - only 1 UU, a tube of veet that was almost out anyway.

lol, I'm so glad I don't have to look at TBs every again! I love AI! I think I narrowed it down to two last night. I'm going to see if I can borrow a trailer to take special girl to a vet that will handle frozen and then my mare has to through through the studs approval process (an odd situation, because its an unconventional cross)

    Thanks! :D

And oo er: Harrods - nice! :p

Unfortunately that was the only time I've ever been in Harrods! And I only went bacuse Clinique is the same prive everywhere, but the BT's at Harrods are a little nicer ;). While I was there the girls asked if I shopped there a lot and did I want their Reward card? Erm, no... :rotfl:
Wow, the UUs are stacking up! I guess everyone has been pampering more with the cold weather - I know I've been slapping on the body lotion far more than normal.

Thanks for the tip, mineallmine! I've always dismissed Clinique as being mainly for oily skins, but have never actually used it, so I will ask for a sample.

I've got quite dry skin now and Clinique is amazing for me. I've tried very little of the anti redness stuff though. Since starting OCM I don't tend to get very red now at all. I'd tried loads of stuff before and never really foudn anything that worked (though I did like the Benefit bluff stick thing...)

Roll on Friday - 2 weeks in the Carribean :j:j:j:j

Wow, I'm so jealous! That sounds amazing, have a lovely time. :D

I also got the free Dove conditioner, so another in for me.

And a couple of useups - another Estee Lauder serum sachet, and the end of my bottle of caster oil! I finished my current mix for OCM, so mixed up another little bottle, and that was all my castor oil gone - not too bad though, it cost £1.19, and lasted at least 6 months, so ver economical, even adding in the cost of the jojoba oil (almost gone as well, but a little left...) :T

''Where'' as in the horse or for the insemination? the latter I don't know yet , feel free to PM me (in fact I'll pm you)...transport is my only issue ATM, need to beg/borrow a trailer to get her anywhere, but happy to do that to take her somewhere she can stay for a month and cycle perfectly and be scanned on site rather than have me guessing and messing about with thermometers and having a vet out every few days to scan (she is very discreet about cycle unless there are boys about)... We're going baroque for horse....

Wow, some stash. Some lovely Chanel bits there too. I was watching Elemis on TV and they had a serum worth £97 in with a kit. So I looked up how much a Chanel serum is and its about half of that. Just shows you, that you think some of the brands are cheaper.

    Some ins today:
Alberto Balsom shampoo and also conditioner for dry hair - £1.50 for the two in Wilkinsons, only a quid a bottle normally. Am getting itchy feet about my hair products, so will give this a go.

Herbal essences shampoo and also conditioner for dry hair - on offer in Wilkinson, cannot remember, about a pound I think each.

I only have 1 bottle in stash, and 1 on the go and 1 I shall give up on (the Aveda one), so not too bad. Plus a bottle of conditioner lasts me no time at all.

Radox coconut shower cream - 98p (reduced) in Wilkinson. I have been buying far too pricey shower creams (eg Elemis £20) and gave myself a talking to.

Radox spa shower cream - about a quid.

Palmolsive shower gel - about a quid.

I'm taking more showers now so these will be used up quite quick.

Nivea soft - a planned purchase. To use as an extra cream for my neck (whereas I use an oil free one for my face).

So all in all quite a few bits. Will go off and have a pamper session of a nice shower and try out the new shampoos and stuff.

PS: is it me or are strong eyebrows the look of the season?! And on that note I noticed one of the threads recommended Collection 2000's eye pencil (not tried it myself) - I like the MAC one more pricey but lasts ages (err years!).
