Evening everyone! Another UU to report: Lush Sonic Death Monkey shower gel 500g. WIBA? Probably not, bit too runny for my liking and the scent is a bit too much after a while.

Finally some full size UU's this month.

Blanx toothpaste - WIBA - Yes, I already have loads more in the stash. Stocked up when is was 3 for 2 at Boots a few months ago.

Johnsons Shower & Shave - WIBA - Yes and again have plenty more in the stash from poundland.

Clarins Tranquillity fragrance 100mls. I bought this years ago and really liked it then but I have other fragrances for daytime I like more now. So WNBA.

Also I have a few sputtering. Clinique Super Balanced Fair Foundation, Clinique Daytime Shield 50ml and EA Skin Simple Moisture Lotion 50mls. I am hoping that these will be gone for me going on holiday on Friday.

I Have also finished packing my toilerties up for my holiday to so I will have loads report as UU on my return. It should make I bit of a dent in the stash. I will only buy clinique three step for my skin type as I have used all of mine up from the stash. :A

Roll on Friday - 2 weeks in the Carribean :j:j:j:j

  • Wow, the UUs are stacking up! I guess everyone has been pampering more with the cold weather - I know I've been slapping on the body lotion far more than normal.
Have you tried Clinique? Not far off the prices of La Roche stuff. They do an anti redness solutions one - perhaps try and get a sample. Or you could buy some nice clean travelling pots and blag some into their. Worth a go. Also have a stocktake of what cleanser you are using - I have now stopping using ones that are for combination skin or for spotty skin - too harsh. Now use Clarins (but only when this is an offer on).

Thanks for the tip, mineallmine! I've always dismissed Clinique as being mainly for oily skins, but have never actually used it, so I will ask for a sample. I've also been a bit extravagent and have an incoming paid-for batch of samples from Decleor! After poking round Makeupalley, I wanted to try the Rose D'Orient regime, so I've ordered a try me set for £20.99 (eek!) but I figured it was better than buying the full size items to see if it suited my skin, as I would have done before this thread!

Also, hopefully incoming soon - a set of Wella System Professional hair goodies, which were the gwp with the Glamour magazine subscription. Not sure where they've got to thus far though... :(

    Have a good evening all!

You're so organised. I'm looking too but can't find anything just right for my girl, complicated by the fact I really need fresh not frozen semen or I have to go to another vet. :(

No use ups, one in, a bath cream from waitrose, honey and ginger I think. I'm looking a mess frankly, and have skin like a rhino on my legs ATM, which also ar as airy as the horses trudij is looking at. I just am so knackered atm that body moisturising seems impossibly exhausting :o

gosh I need some pampering! I haven't had the chance! Quit my funny shift work job last week so now i'll have some time to myself whilst I find another and sort my life out (I'm young and graduated this year so looking to kick start my 'career' now after gaining a little experience of a real work environment!)
i have an assessment tomorrow for a pretty good in a pretty good company so my fingers are well and truely crossed! I know I'll be nervous tomorrow....so I'm very much looking forward to getting stuck into some parmpering in the afternoon! :)

  • Happy holidays Fiasco, sounds lovely!

I popped into Tesco after work for some groceries and popped a pack of the Vitamin E wipes into the basket - at 38p it would have been daft not to seeing as I used up my last pack at the weekend. As cheap as they are though I am still going to make them last as long as possible and will continue to use my eye makeup remover and face wash most days.

Another UU: No 7 Protect and Perfect Handcream 25ml. WIBA? No. I had this in a gwp and it was ok but I wouldn't buy it as I didn't think it smelt great. This was the handcream that I keep in my handbag and so I've replaced it with the L'Occitane handcream that was a magazine freebie.

Interesting to read what folks are saying about NAILSINC - I got the pale pink one (freebie with the mag) - Warwick Av - and it was a really pale/weird pink colour. Quality was nice though.

    Spluttering:
Body Shop Seaweed SPF 15 - wiba yep. It's oil free, SPF and sits well under make up. PLus I find my skin is less prone to spots when I use it.

    Getting fed up with:
Aveda colour care shampoo - wiba nope. It just doesn't suit my hair. My hair looked like straw when I used it the other day, although it did liven up the highlights a bit.

  • Hello all - and a belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Pickle - sorry I missed it hon! xx

One IN here - the same Dove conditioner freebie that most of the rest of you have got. It's going into the travel basket along with all the other minis! My Avon delivery comes tomorrow so I will find out what freebies I'm getting, and then work out which of them I actually "need" to keep, and which I can stash away as freebies or prizes for customers.
