So far have make about 2 tonnes of chutney, pickles, jam, marmalade and flavoured gin. I love the end of summer and autumn to make these things ready for the year ahead and see the cupboards full of all these jars. Some are to sell if some people want them and some are gifts and some are for me :j
Just decluttered the remains of a box of Thorntons and a martini and lemonade after another ding dong with the ex who is giving me a hard time yet again for no reason. He can go and ..... himself for all I care

I'm not in the flylady group (yet!!) but I'm spending all weekend getting ontop of my house so I can be a flylady and have your help keeping ontop of it.
Looking forward to joining the new week of flyladying0 -
I've decided to stay in, partly to save some money, partly because its freezing and partly because we've lit the fire and its much cosier snuggled up with my jimjams and a GnT.:D
Also just put an apple crumble in the oven.
Just googled martini as fedup just said about it and I have a bottle lurking in my drinks cupboard and found this superb Noel Coward quote on how to make the perefct Martini....love it
Noel Coward, the English playwright and author, suggested that a perfect martini should be made by "filling a glass with gin then waving it in the general direction of Italy," meaning the less vermouth added to the gin the better the resulting drink.
I've decided I love Noel Coward.:rotfl:

No drink in the house but if there was i think i'd be sitting with a vodka.
Right time for bed, me thinks. Night all.Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -

Nope never.. I've also never had baileys, southern comfort, ... ok let' do this the easy way...
Cider makes my head hurt and I come out in a rash.. ooh.. must try pear cider..
Lager.. the smell makes me heave, the taste makes me chuck
Wine is disgusting.. all of it.
I drink bacardi and lemonade occasionally if the vodka runs out.
I don't drink coke (or snort it)
I'll drink smirnoff ice sometimes.. more than 3 make me feel sick.. too much sugar and fizz. I have been known to glug bacardi breezers in my youth (at about 28 I had 3)
