Now I've reached the end of the day I can declare another NSD so 8 now please Spoon. Its been too cold and I've been too busy to spend anything today. Hopefully might have enough diesel to manage another one tomorrow but then will have to get some the day after -will think what else I can put on the same day.

Just realised I haven't actually subscribed to this thread this month -wondering if that's why I'm not quite so focused this month as it isn't popping up on my list all the time - will go subscribe now and see if that makes any difference.

    Happy no/low spending all.

    Hi lovely NSD gang:A
I've checked through all the posts over the weekend and today and updated the totals on the front page.

A bit down in the dumps today (to put it mildly) and really not up to doing my usual roundup tonight - sorry everyone, I'll try to pick myself up again tomorrow.

    In the meantime:

beanie - hope your back gets better, it sounds really painful, take care

donna - same to you, hope you managed to get back to work today

savingcaz - welcome back, I've added you to the front page now

jinty - hope your cold gets better

Cheryl - well done in the race, that was brilliant and glad your leg is holding up OK

And hi to everyone else and well done for all the NSDs.

Hopefully I'll be back to normal tomorrow.

    Take care everyone

    Good morning all!

Sorry for the slight delay - had to drop OH at bus stop!
Back to work today and to tell you the truth I'll be glad to get back to some kind of routine. My head is still stuffed but I'll survive!
Tomorrow, OH is going down to London to work for the next 3 weeks. He just got told yesterday, so very short notice. He'll be home at weekends though. He's going to be working in the "gherkin" (construction though, not a big city highflyer job!;))
So I will miss him while he's away BUT the plus side is he is getting very well paid for it so that will boost our coffers before the end of the year, TG.:)
Going for a NSD today as I have my lunch packed and my fares in my purse!

    Have a lovely day everyone:)

Well yesterday was a spendy day - got some bits from Mr T but today will deff be a NSD and so should tomorrow and thursday. Not declaring any yet but I shall be back tonight to confirm whether today was (it will be but dont want to get ahead of myself ashamed0001.gif)

Cheryl - I got my BBFL order yesterday aswell although mine was only 5 boxes happy0071.gif
Opened the boxes up to check everything was there and discovered that they had missed one thing out. Bit annoyed but as it was just some choc for DS that hadnt been doubled up I wont worry too much. Everything else was there and as expected and I cant wait to get stuck into making scones - might need to wait until Thursday though sad0048.gif

I've had a disaster this morning aswell. I was making a cuppa and when I went to the fridge realised that the freezer door was open sad0048.gif. Its cram-packed with food and think it may have been open since yesterday afternoon (I took out food for tonights dinner so I could fit other stuff in ashamed0005.gif). The stuff I looked at has gone soft but I didnt wade right through. I've closed the door again but I dont know what to do with the food - cant bare to through it out (and if I'm honest I dont know that it would do me any harm but you never know) sad0064.gif. To top it all off I sugared my tea twice and had to chuck it out and start again aswell anim_59.gif
