Hi everyone,
Sorry I haven't been about, my S.Dad is back in hospital with heart problems so it's all been a bit frantic and spendy. He's doing ok, being treated with medication but there are a few concerns and he's having tests to work out what is going on.
I haven't caught up with the posts but I have seen yours spoon, (((hugs))) I hope you're feeling better today hun x
Anyway, no new NSDs to report. The only thing I plan to spend today though is hospital parking and I'm considering not counting that.

Well thats my thoughts aswell. I did take the very soft mince out and have made it into a burger for lunch and a bit of fish that was almost completely defrosted (now in fridge and will be dinner tomorrow night) but the rest has just been left and the door closed
Lunch today is now a burger and tin of beans between usEmma

Emma - I'm another has done this (or had it done to her by other family members!) and not thrown anything out (apart from the dregs of some ice-cream in one instance, and as that had been bought for the 'culprit' I wasn't worried about it - served to teach a lesson
). The only things I'm careful of after an unplanned defrost are fish and poultry, with fish being the main one so I'd have done the same as you

Just a quick lunchtime stop in...Spoony and Honey - big hugs to you both xx
Emma - I also feel the need to confess that I have done the same - didn't find anything really defrosted except a pizza that was a bit soft on one side so shut the door and crossed my fingers. Both pizza, and some meatballs that were in the freezer have both since been eaten (and plenty of other things that I was less worried about) and I am here to tell the tale.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
