Just need to sort out some of my current (non-food) belongings to make space.....
There's quite a bit of bread flour in there, and I'm having to increase intake of bread, potatoes, pasta and rice to increase my calorie intake (to try and halt the weight loss). Also loads of pouches of Rissotto rice - should end up with 120 portions, but it's something I love and can happily eat on a very regular basis. I'm hoping these will be much quicker to make than cooking it from scratch/dry rice, as I can then have it for lunch before work, and boost my calorie intake that way as wellCheryl0 -
I am having a rubbish November so far. I have not managed a single NSD so I am really fed up about that.If Plan A fails, remember there are 25 more letters0
