Is it me or is anyone feeling quite competitive about this whole NSD in a row thing? gonna have to break my 3 in a row tomorrow to get petrol and feeling a bit miffed about it

Hi Kerri - no it's not just you that feels that way - I get a bit like that but with myself IYKWIM. Today would normally be a NSD but we've run out of coffee, milk and bread, ruining my NSD. Wait till I get my hands on that kitchen maid, she's useless!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Sorry, been watching too much Downton Abbey!

    Good morning all,

#3 for yesterday, but sadly I wont been making it one today.:(
As said in my previous post, I need milk, coffee and bread. I thought I would have enough to do me till weekly shop tomorrow but things are critical! Tempted to do the grocery shop today, hmm!

Well done Cheryl on your bargains, how will you get through everything though? I struggle for storage to do a big order like that!

    Have a lovely day everyone

Storage shouldn't really be a problem if I spread it around the house - one of the few benefits of having a large place to myself ;) Just need to sort out some of my current (non-food) belongings to make space.....

There's quite a bit of bread flour in there, and I'm having to increase intake of bread, potatoes, pasta and rice to increase my calorie intake (to try and halt the weight loss). Also loads of pouches of Rissotto rice - should end up with 120 portions, but it's something I love and can happily eat on a very regular basis. I'm hoping these will be much quicker to make than cooking it from scratch/dry rice, as I can then have it for lunch before work, and boost my calorie intake that way as well :)

    Hey chin up :)
I was feeling the exact same but got my first yesterday - its fair cheered me up AND today was meant to be one but I've already done 2!!! shops online.

Bought my local paper (online) for 75p and then HAD to you lot are a rather bad lot tempting me with special offers visit bbfl and spent £18 odds confused0017.gif
I should, however, get a reasonable amount for my money. Getting 9 rolls of loo roll, some dishwasher tablets, 10 tins of beans, 6 pots of noodles, 2x 4pk of animal bars, 2x pack of milky bars, whopping amount of scone and doughnut mix, 3 tins of rice pud, 10 tins of lentil and bacon soup and a bag of choc fingers which I think will all get doubled up using that special code happy0015.gif
