Keiss - can I ask where you get your pipecleaners from? I'm thinking of 'borrowing' your reindeer idea for a friends Xmas present (she loves bath stuff) but adding postage seems to really hike the cost of the pipe cleaners given I only need 2. ps silly question, but how do you make the antlers? just wrap and shape 1/2 a cleaner round a longer one? (oh...that means I'll need 3 pipe cleaners :o
Hya Kerri....sorry, it wasn't me doing the reindeer...though I am thinking about it!!! I know Dunelm MIll have pipe cleaners...will be investigating later this week, so will report back when I find some. I expect our local poundshop will have some...they have everything!!

Only popped on to do a quick catch up before taking DS2 off to college. Best get washed and dressed now I suppose. :D

I have decided to make today NSD no 2, despite being dangerously close to both Dunelm Mill and Hobbycraft today when ferrying DS2. I don't want to spend anything until Friday, so coming straight back home and doing more sorting :D.

Spoon, will have another hunt for the camera and get my piccies posted later....promise ;)

Not an NSD today - too good an offer to miss on a discount food store....

Spend of £20.62 (+£10.50 postage, making a total of £31.12) on items worth £296.94 --- but the code means my items all get doubled up, so effectively a total spend of £31.12 for goods worth £593.88 :T

Thank you CW18 and Solventsoon for the welcome, I'm really looking forward to this challenge:j

I'm hoping today will be NSD no.1 (in a looooong time:rotfl:) I have made my PAD but I'm studiously avoiding all 'deals' websites and emails:D

Hope you're all having a lovely day

no 2 yesterday for me, and today is looking like no 3 as there is no way i feel like moving at all
If we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?

  • No NSD for me today, like candyapple I managed to be grabbed by Tatco - not a pleasant experience.

I was 'grabbed' by Boots today :( but in my defence it was to get rid of my last 2 No 7 vouchers, so only a few pound coins left my purse, not too bad :D

Just waiting for the after-effects of my jabs now!

    Hope everyone's having a good evening :)

Hoping not to have a spendy day tomorrow but do need to nip into town to collect DS glasses (only found out yesterday he needs them - any tips on how to keep glasses on a 4 year old would be welcomed!!) so need to try and steer clear of temptations

Today was supposed to be a nsd BUT I received my driving licence in the post today after a period of it being withdrawn on medical grounds :j:j so I needed to insure the car before taking it for an MOT and taxing it. Will try for tomorrow.

I do think its a good reason though especially after the withdrawal came only 6 months after passing my test at the grand old age of 55 at the first attempt.
