    Evenin all!

Just checking in/ catching up with you all.
Went back to bed this morning with my book and a HW bottle and slept till 11.30:eek: Unheard of for me, but I was shattered!
OH raging over his wages - turns out they've underpaid him 6 hrs OT and 8 hrs basic. It WOULD be the week that all his SOs and DDs come off.:( Had to do some nifty juggling from savings a/c to cover. They will repay him next week. I get muddled up with weekly pay as I've always been paid monthly, I find it hard to manage esp when things go wrong!
OH will be on the flight up now so Im just waiting for the phone call to tell me to go and pick him up!:T
On the plus side - today my lovely Dad popped up and cut all my roses down (not pruned, too early) they were so high I felt I was in the Day of the Triffids!
Mum came too, so we had a coffee and good old blether. She took a load of wool from me to do the scarves for Cmas.;) I've kind of lost my knitting mojo ATM, if I only knew where I put it...........:rotfl:
Also, Im declaring today as a NSD, so Im on 16:T

Sorry for moaning earlier, I was just feeling a bit fed up - I really am very blessed to have a lovely family and OH.

    Have a lovely evening:)

you will always be rich enough to be generous.

Chuck me a kipper and I'll have it with my tea :o Yes, I confess to another spendy day - leaving lunch for a colleague at work. Though she did use her Taste card, so we all got 50% off....means I have steak and mushroom pie, peas and mash for £3.50 - not bad at all!

Tomorrow will be spendy as I need to go and forrage for a few more Xmas bits n bobs and I think my Bruv is coming over in the evening with his GF so we'll be off out to dinner. Must get back on the NSD bus on Sunday else I'll never make my target this month and I only need one more.

  • Oh dear - I've only managed 2 NSDs in 5 days (mon - today) :( today was a spendie (food shopping related) and yesterday and Wednesday were spendies due to crimbo shopping - at least by the end of this weekend my crimbo shopping will almost all be done (just need to get something for OH, probably one of my photos made into a canvas print thing as its cheap-ish and looks impressive if done well :) i also have a voucher for an online photo place!)

So that takes me to 15 NSDs please Spoons :D
Those that matter don't mind, and those that mind don't matter :o

    Hi all,

Just checking in to let you know my S.Dad came out of hospital yesterday and he's doing really well. Big relief for our family. Thank you for the kind words/thoughts and sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.

I have comletely lost where I am with NSD's and I'm so far behind with the thread so I'm not going to try and catch up. I'll rejoin for December though (although it'll be a toughie!)

Hope you guys are all ok and lots of NSD's have been clocking up! I'm going to have a peek at the front page and see how you're all getting on.

Number 13 today. Planning did help, will update signature once I get to a PC. Have a great week end. Snow and market on Saturday but will try for an NSD on Sunday
    MFW on your mark
  • Evening folks from a cold and snowy NI. Winter is definitely back with us! Unfortunately, I'm still stuck on 9NSDs, but should hit my target of 10! I'll try to exceed it though if I can.

    I hope everyone is well
