woooohhhhooooooooo i made my second increased target

i was originally 15 NSD then i increased to 17 nsds increased again to 19 nsds
and that is what i reached today 19 nsds :j:j:j:j:j
can i increased my target a third time to 21 nsds please
If we can put a man on the moon...how come we cant put them all there?

  • No 7 nsd for me today. Still far short of my target but will plod on regardless.
  • Well you would have all laughed at me tottering to the interview in my high heels due to the newly laid snow!!:eek:
Went as well as it could... well i knew the answers to all the questions so that was a good start  to the fact that i won't here till this time next week tho!

Spent on a bottle of wine with a catch up with a friend who took some time off work to meet me after the interview & then did a Mr M shop on the way home, but definitely planning on spending nowt tomorrow.

Off to bed now shattered after a wide awake night worrying about the interview, hugs to anyone with the lurgy & see you all in the morning!!

    NSD #13 for me today

To achieve my target (18) I'd have to have 5 NSDs in the remaining 5 days of the month - and as I have a D/Debit due out of the bank tomorrow that's not going to happen :(

But I'm happy enough even where I am now :)

In November of last year (when I was only tracking grocery spends) I only managed 8 NSDs, so I've improved that figure by more than 50% already :T

And I started the year with an annual target of 132, based on grocery spends only. But, even including most of my other spending (I have a few excluded categories), I'm already up to 172 :T :T

I'm actually up to 196 if I only count grocery spends - so I've well and truly smashed the original annual target I set myself :D

Thought they were all part of 3 for £5 offer but the piggies weren't - and I couldn't face sorting it out then and there - running off to try and get something else etc etc at lunchtime - silly of me. do you think if I take the receipt in and ask for the third item they might let me have it as part of the offer?[/QUOTE]

You can only try, Kerri, nothing ventured etc...... I would give it a go, they can only say no!
Had to laugh at myself there, when I first read your post I thought you meant you needed toilet roll but had substituted smoked salmon for it - couldnt quite see the conection there until I re-read!:rotfl::rotfl:
Bought said t roll myself today - got the N1cky brand from Ffoods on the recommendation of another Old Styler. 9 rolls of 3ply quilted loveliness for £2! Come to mumma!:rotfl::rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl: note to self...must read post before submitting to check it actually makes sense.

i've used the brand you buy before, though I tend to go for the big bulk offers in Mr A (not overly fussy about the brands they usually have on those deals) but won't be that way before sat and things could have got a bit hairy here if I didn't get some before that  Will pop into MnS on Sat too and see if they will add my additional 3 for £5 item - think i'll play the dumb role of 'errr my items haven't gone through on promo as they should' and take it from there, if I don't get gravy I might get an oscar :rotfl::rotfl:

BDINI - fingers crossed for the interview - you have done all you can now and you did all the prep beforehand - keeping everything crossed for you. No snow here as yet though it's bloomin cold - brrrrr

I seem to be stuck on needing one more NSD and really struggling to get it - tomorrow will be spendy as we're having a leaving lunch for one of the girls at work, Sat I need to do some Xmas and general bits, Sun has a chance to be ... but I'm not getting ahead of myself yet.... but I'll have lots of kippers for tea on the upside :rotfl::rotfl:(ohh quite fancy kippers now... mmmm)

NSD yesterday. Most definitely not today! NSD 11,
Hoping tomorrow will be one. Saturday won't and Sunday is probably dependent on Saturday! (In that I'm going out for my friend's birthday. Toying with taking the car, if not, it'll likely be a taxi after midnight - unless I turn into a pumpkin.)

But if you get a taxi home from a Saturday night out, then it's still Saturday night :)

And - in any case - you'll have to have the money in your purse and already allocated to the taxi fare on Saturday...... so in my eyes that's also scope for counting Sunday as an NSD ;)
