    Nor me ,mine tracked on 1st November but has not yet validated.
  • I think they are being shared out in the Posties sorting office tea room.
    I am missing 2 boxes now -original order and the replacement !

    Just missed a parcel from the postman and the slip says 'perishable item' so Im presuming it was my chocs as Im not expecting any other deliveries of foodstuffs!! Apparently they were posted at the end of November so Goodness knows where theyve been. So looks like theyre taking about a month from when they were posted to arrive!

    I take it they advertise what's in the package on the outside of the packaging. You'd think they'd be more discreet, seeing as so many customers chocs are going missing. They should also send them via recorded delivery.

    They have emailed me to say that they will refund asap and that when I get the chocs I should donate them to charity.

    The implication is that I had made a mistake by not cancelling in time for the automatic issuing of the next set of chocs and the debiting of my account. However, as I cancelled orginally on 14/11and they debited on 17/12 I have emailed them back and told them firmly the mistake was not mine!!

    The chocs haven't arrived. I've emailed them again stating the error is theirs and not mine.
