Just a word of warning. I cancelled my membership, I'd also selected the classic Christmas collection and cancelled that too. They took £22.95 out of my account even though I'd cancelled a week before and they'd acknowledged my cancellation. Watch your bank accounts for any transactions. I'm calling them at 9am for a refund.

I haven''t received the ones sent on the 29th or the replaced ones yet either .
This isn't Hotel Chocolats fault - someone is taking these i am sure -its a bit odd all these boxes going missing -2 of mine haven''t turned up now.

Ive had exactly the same thing, they said they sent out a box on the 30th November, which I have never recieved, and now I have to wait till January for them to resend the box. Either someones not sending them out or they have some dodgy delivery people.

Has anyone actually received any cashback yet? "The Chocolate Tasting Club" isn't showing up on Quidco now. It did say they paid on average within a month. I bought mine beginning november and it's still tracking. I purposely haven't cancelled my membership so I am still a member, changed delivery to feb. though. I have received, and eaten the chocs!

This happened to me too £17.95 taken over week after I cancelled. I have emailed CS.

My cashback has tracked on both transactions (one Quidco, one TCB). I got fed up and called them, they are sending a replacement.

Well I'm a subscriber and also haven't had my christmas chocs yet, A lot of these chocs are ending up under someone's tree for christmas!
