You can't cancel on the website. there is an option to cancel, but all it does is give a phone number to ring. Still, the staff don't give too much of a grilling.

I cancelled a week ago on the website didn't have to call them maybe they have changed it now

Thankd Ginger snap, took a while to find it but at least i'm a bit further forward. Would be interested to know if anyone can actually find the "cancel" button!

Not really - just takes you to the account pages, but they've craftily removed the cancel option to make it more difficult to cancel.

If they make it tricky to cancel, they'll sell a lot more chocolates, as they get sent automatically.

Just send a cancellation email to:

just make sure you are definately in the tasting club website not hotel choclate and then go to manage my membership scroll down the page and under the regular order bit if you click on more info it's in there!
