Followed all the right links, got as far as giving them my credit card details, accepted their terms and conditions, got a message saying thank you for my order. Then I got a screen saying there was a problem with my order and to call a number to sort it out.
So now they have all my details, and my credit card, and they are going to try and send me chocolates every month, but I get nothing for signing up! Harummph! Another marketing ploy to pad their database with mugs. You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -

Have you had this offer before? I had a similar problem last year, and it was caused by my address already being on their database. They limit it usually to one per household.0 -

Just checked the best before date on mine - Jan 2011 so people can keep until Christmas0 -

I had the same message, but if you go into your orders you will probably see that your order is expected to be delivered around 7th or 8th November. I also had an order confirmation e-mail from them so I don't think there will be a problem.0 -
here's the link - hopefully I'll be allowed to post it now!
edit: nope, too new to be allowed to post links. Try replacing the slashes with dots and you should be on your way

thanks for this link. i went via topcashback the first time and it wouldn't let me pay with maestro saying they didn't take that sort of payment online despite it being an option if i bought something other than the tasting club
whilst the fiver back would have been nice i know they have gorgeous chocolates and thought these would be nice to bring to the christmas get together so i used the link you provided and it accepted me np and it was this link that didn't ask for payment up front if anyone is wondering... i just hope i can keep from eating them before xmas0
