Aww, thats ridiculous. E-mail the T-Mobile complaints dept, they seem to have the right amount of clout with this useless voucher Company.

These are listed on T-Mobiles site, although I'm sure one bounced back. It may have redirected me to the website to do an online form, which I think I did, so I don't know which method worked best, but try them all POPPYOSCAR.

Yippee My M&S card finally appeared today. I sent the application off on 8 Nov.

I also received a Christmas present that was sent 48 hr delivery on 22/12. Strangely enough the courier co is not identified on the label so I will have to speak to gift giver and see if they want to complain about the shoddy delivery service.

Mine also came today - finally! I'd recently been dealing with a very nice lady called Anna who rang me back several times over the past week keeping me up to date with what was going on.

Finally received my gift card, had almost given up hope!!!!! and thanks to the person at T-mobile who finally sorted it out for me.Shame it wasn't sorted out a lot earlier and took so many calls and emails.
