I am also missing my voucher, but it's nothing to do with Royal Mail- yet. When you enter the snappy t-mobilegettogether.com address you mustn't forget the hyphen, otherwise your voucher code is eaten and can't be used again on the real site. The unhyphenated site looks identical to the real one. T-mobile say it's new on them but they are having issues with the promotion.

Glad you got yours, Still waiting for mine.T-mobile emailed me back on the 3rd dec. telling me to wait seven days for it to arrive.I have emailed them twice since with no reply. So fed up with them now.I will not buy from them again it is not worth the hassle.

Try returning the phone to a T-Mobile shop (if you've not opened it) for a refund and then buy it again, they have the vouchers in store (or they did when I bought mine.) You will still wait weeks to get your actual M&S gift card but at least you'll be able to enter the code before the expiry date.

OK I logged an e-mail complaint direct to T-Mobile, and 1 day later they phone me (T-Mobile, not the voucher Company).

She says that she has tried to contact the Company today and has so far failed to do so, so it's not just us, but even T-Mob.

Strangely the Company actually trades as T-Mobile, and I do wonder if it is a subsidiary or a true 3rd party Company supplier.

Either way, she will keep chasing them and get me my replacement vouchers. Shame I will now have to pay for my turkey tomorrow at M&S with real money.
