I rang them again today and they said that they seem to have a problem with the batch that were sent on the 11th/12th of November. They have been in contact with Royal Mail and are not able to do anything until they hear back from them!!

I was promised that I would get a voucher but not until they have sorted out what happened to the originals. Funny thing was when I rang and gave my name he knew who I was immediately, as I have been sending some strong worded emails! Just hoping this is sorted soon.

Finally got my M&S giftcard on Tuesday (7th) with a letter dated 23rd November. It was sent recorded delivery but was just put through the letterbox with the rest of the mail.

what is the email address, when I try sending them one it keeps bouncing back, i'm fed up of ringing them, I think that this is a big con, I too have been told that they were sent out by Recorded Delivery:mad:

I haven't read the whole thread but my vouchers came through fine, you have registered online with the code received in the bag with the phone - a tear off and open card? Please don't anyone take this the wrong way, like I said I haven't read the whole thread. Good luck hope your vouchers arrive soon.
