Thats not a bad idea, I think that maybe we should all try that.
I might even contact trading standards or better still BBC Watchdog0 -
I haven't read the whole thread but my vouchers came through fine, you have registered online with the code received in the bag with the phone - a tear off and open card? Please don't anyone take this the wrong way, like I said I haven't read the whole thread. Good luck hope your vouchers arrive soon.
Oh Yes we have done that and emailed and phoned and emailed and emailed etc etc etc.0 -
Now they are not answering the phone line that I posted. Just letting it go to machine, and they didn't reply to the message I left on there.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

Just had this reply (seems quite generic)
Dear Mr ,
Thank you for your email.
We have checked the system and it states your vouchers have already been sent out. We will get in touch with the Royal Mail to investigate what has happened to your vouchers. As soon as we find out we will be in touch.
We apologise for the inconvenience
Kind Regards

Let us know how you get on. I didn't get a reply to my last one.0

Their 'checking with Royal Mail' line is a poor excuse now.
It takes 30 seconds to enter the Recorded Delivery tracking number in to see when and where it was delivered (or not) and to view the signature.
So they ought to have concluded that investigation by now and replaced the missing vouchers, and tell us that too.
T-Mobile very poor indeed.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

i've heard nothing either, i don't get any replies to emails, I've requested the tracking number so that I can check with Royal Mail myself.
I wonder if Royal Mail are aware that they are basically blaming them?????? I bet they wouldn't be impressed0
