I emailed them about the voucher and they have just replied saying that they have been waiting for them to come in, will be sent out today and I should receive it by post within the next 7 days.

I bought in store and had to ask for the voucher. Go back with your receipt and tell them they forgot to give it to you. It sounds as if they link it back to the sim so you should be able to prove you've not already had one.

i may get cash back which currently shows at 5

it is compulsary to buy credit but can i sell this??

i would shop in m&s so see this as a 30 discount.

is there an easy unlock for the cookie fresh i am on o2.

wish i had seen the 2o percent off before it ended, still seems good to me.

Got my confirmation email on 11th Nov and still waiting. I expect I will have to chase this as clearly they are not sending them to anyone on here.

Yes to the cashback it cannot be guaranteed but is normally OK.

You only have to buy the £10 top-up, but the SIM must be 'in use' to get the cashback (noone has verified if you can spread the £10 over 3 months or whether further top-ups are needed)

As for unlocking, I'd suggest your local market stall can do this quickly for about £10

I got a confirmation email within 3 days saying that they wanted to check my number with Tmobile.
I called them, was asked how much my phone cost etc. Was told I'd get my vouchers by recorded delivery in 7 days - arrived promptly on Friday.
