I received my confirmation email on 10 November and have not received anything back. I tried to email them but they have spelt their own name wrong on the email confirmation it should be t-mobilegettogethers.com they missed out on of the t in the email. The email I sent to that address was not bounced but i have not received a reply. I have telephoned 08450515121 but that number is no longer in service.
I am not happy as I only purchased my phone from t-mobile to get the voucher. If I don't get my vouchers soon I am afraid t-mobile will go the way of Orange and three and O2. Struck off my List of possible phone providers.0 -
            Hi
try this email address help@t-mobilegettogethers.com, not that it will help you wont get a response I haven't although they didn't bounce back. I'm thinking of cancelling my contract with T-Mobile if this is not sorted soon. By the way I just dialled the number and spoke to someone called Steve who insisted that it was still being looked into by Royal Mail -I received my confirmation email on 10 November and have not received anything back. I haven't read the whole thread but my vouchers came through fine, you have registered online with the code received in the bag with the phone - a tear off and open card? Please don't anyone take this the wrong way, like I said I haven't read the whole thread. Good luck hope your vouchers arrive soon.
I got a phone under this offer and didn't get a code in the bag. All that was in my bag was the box with the phone, an envelope for sending back old phones and the delivery note.
I phoned up customer services yesterday who'd said they would send me out a code. As these codes have to be redeemed by 31st December and post seems to be awful, I'm not holding out too much hope!“Don't do it! Stay away from your potential. You'll mess it up, it's potential, leave it. Anyway, it's like your bank balance - you always have a lot less than you think.”

I ordered in early dec, still no M&S voucher. I wanted this as a xmas present too.
I think its a con, as my cashback at topcashback didnt track either. Emailed them, no response.
Will get my phone unlocked and switch to o2 soon.0 -
            Still waiting here too
and took ages today to get through to someone who seemed at least slightly sympathetic! She said she will send another lots of vouchers out. Watch this space but I'll believe it when it see it or them! 0 -

Why has this thread been moved? This offer is still on and should still be on grabbit while you can.0

I don't hold out much hope for this TBH.At first they replied to my emails now they don't even bother. I wanted to us this to get some christmas shopping so I am not happy at all with T-Mobile.
They could have avoided all this by sending the card with the phone in the first place.0 -
I agree - sounds like a fob-off to me.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
