In my local London store yesterday, There was at least one wireless print adapter, at least two wireless IP cameras. Can't remember what else, as I was only there to pick up the 3com router set.0

BigPockets ahd a Philips that'd fit the bill for £30 last week.0 -
The netgear can be used behind a router. You need to unlock it on the sipgate site and enable the stun protocol AFAIK. Well I have it working.0

Binatone ADSL 2000 has DMZ set to the Netgear TA612V (forwards all ports). Netgear TA612V has STUN (a voip protocol thingy) enabled.
I'm not an expert on all this stuff though
I think if you were to put this on a network of lots of machines it would be a case of choosing one PC for the netgear voip adapter to go between. Router -> Netgear -> PC. The router may need to be configured to forward some VOIP ports to the Netgear if you have problems with one way audio.0
