Glad i didn't waste my time with this.
They could do with taking a leaf out of asos's customer relations book !
Asos is my new favourite online store, had some nice bargains from there without any codes.0 -
I feel left out, not got my cancellation emails yet.
Only ordered socks and necklace as Evans clothes are too big for me.
Both orders done through Paypal, lots of work for them to sort this. I'm a bit surprised they didn't just let this glitch go through to save all the extra work.

They could afford to honour a glitch.
I went in evans when summer sales were on to see if any size 14 on offer, it's really overpriced anyway i was quite shocked at the prices as quality is not high but rather average or even below.0 -

Other 2 orders using the £5 welcome to evans code that they emailed me 'are currently being packed at the warehouse' still a glimmer of hope....fingers crossed
We take the security of our customers very seriously and to protect it we routinely check for anything that gives us cause for concern. As a result unfortunately we have had to cancel your order (no. ), which of course you have not been charged for.
We're more than happy to discuss this with you if you think we've made an error. To talk to a member of the Evans Customer Services team, please call us on 0844 984 0262 (UK only).
Kind regards.
I just got one too, I cannot believe that we get it at this time of night on a Sunday, I wonder how they are doing this?0 -

Unfortunately Evans is owned by Philip Green who is one of the wealthiest men in the UK, he own BHS and other high street stores, his company is called Arcadia Group. This is why he is so successful, he will not let a glitch like this slip! He wants all his millions to fly all his friends over to Barbados via Private Jets to celebrate his birthday!:p0 -
