ive not had my order cancelled as yet, and i have had some seriously good glitches from them and bhs before. So they are not all bad. I always pay with my staff card, so we will see what happens!

all my orders made on the 30th using the £9 glitch have been cancelled but all my others made on the 29th using the £5 are still at the packing stage

so dont know whats going on lol

Shame to see so many cancellations. Ordered something for 20 odd pound on friday night / saturday morning around 1am and its still packing at the warehouse, but am expecting the worst tomorrow. Used the £9 off code.

Same here! Maybe they are checking from the most recent orders and working their way back?! We'll see!

I completely agree with you here, but it is annoying that they send some email about security nonsense when they really should just put their hands up and say 'sorry we made a mistake'!!!!!!!!

I think this is what they are doing as my orders are the same, 29th still packing, 30th cancelled with silly security excuse!

ordered cancelled due to "security issues", oh well
