There was a similar glitch earlier this year and as far as I can remember every order got cancelled, which was a shame

Just received my e-mail to cancel my sockies.

We take the security of our customers very seriously and to protect it we routinely check for anything that gives us cause for concern. As a result unfortunately we have had to cancel your order (no. ), which of course you have not been charged for.

I glad they take the issue with security so seriously. *Thinks sock bomber.

It was good while it lasted though. I enjoyed the "will they, won't they moments" but alas it wasn't to be.

ETA: I really hope that some people will get their orders, you never know!

All mine have been cancelled! Iwill be ringing to query the cancellations of the ones where i used the 01 code as they emailed it me!!!

Just received the following for the 2 orders (different email addresses) i made using the £9 off code......Oh well worth a try!
Other 2 orders using the £5 welcome to evans code that they emailed me 'are currently being packed at the warehouse' still a glimmer of hope....fingers crossed
