That's the same reply I got (from someone called Shamima). Like others I'm now confused and annoyed as I originally got the OOS excuse. Wish they'd make up their minds!

Were the items out of stock, as per the original email cancelling the order,
or was the order cancelled because I used two codes?

Your system allowed me to enter the two codes so I'm not sure how you
can change the rules after I've ordered because it doesn't suit your
company.

I'm sure that Sir Phillip Green is very happy that the staff at Evans have
saved some of his millions from being distributed but on the flip side the
confusion has meant I'll be very wary of placing orders with your website in
the future.

they have honoured 4 of my five orders and one of them was with the 9 pound code so i paid 25p for a ring

My 2 out of 3 orders arrived this morning,slippers 4.60 and pj's 3.00,really really pleased as i needed the stuff for hospital bag for when baby comes.
I had one order cancelled due to security.
I really dont think its fair though how they cancelled some orders and let others through.
