    On my tracking it says that my order (a coat) has "been received at the hub". It has been like that for 24 hours. Does anyone know what this means please?
  • Got socks and pants today (1 of each) the first order I made ,it confirmed the price was £0.60 on the invoice.

    A hub is a distribution centre ,it means it's on it's way it will probably scanned by the driver tomorrow morning ,when the tracking should update :)

    thats great, now you will only lose out on the 20-30% off that was on when we ordered first! at least you have been offered that i didnt get any peace offering. they have no idea what they are doing lol

    see whats annoying me is not the fact i never got 2 purses for 30p or whatever...its the fact the above email says why they were cancelled,2 codes used together...yet the two i got were claiming OOS and payment problems...blatant lies!!!if we had all got the "cancellation mails saying bad luck you cant use the code" no one would be that bothered,its the fact they lied...grrrrrrrrrr llmao

  • 4 orders placed on 2 accounts. One was for £2, one for £1, another £1.50 and the final one was a full price £20 item using the £9 code making £11 to pay.

    Guess which three were cancelled and which one was despatched!
