After taking 4 days to pack them my wellies have been despatched by Evans! I ordered on the 29th using the £5 voucher and paid by paypal.

they make the mistake and we suffer for it.......if its doable then why cant we do it:D???? their mistake not ours......dishounarble:mad:!!!

I've got 3 cancelled, 2 still in warehouse and one despatched(4xsocks with the 02 code?)... strange, but maybe will get something in the end... still only 1 paypal refund(I think I used paypal for 4 orders and another 2 by card)... well, will wait and see

worst of all i have 2 emails with £5 off no min spend ..have posted on their fb page....what a scam promotion as i know if i use it again my order will become out of stock(bet if i was spending £100 it would stay in stock though).........oh well never mind was going to use it on a bag for my mum...but wont bother

Just arrived home to find 2 packages from Evans in my wheelie bin
4 x socks for £1.40 and a purse for £1.60. My other 5 orders were cancelled but I'm not complaining - even though thier excuses were the most ridiculous I've ever heard.

I actually got the welcome01 code off an email Evans sent me on Sunday and I've just checked the small print and it says:

Instead of replying to my email i got a phone call where the lady said 'i understand you are not very happy' ... well that was a bit of an understatement lol.
I just said as far as im aware you have everyright to either cancel or offer me the product at the 'new price' however you have no right to dispatch goods to me and then charge me the 'new price' 24 hours later and she agreed and said that i was right (was actually quite shocked they gave in so easily!). They have refunded my card,told me i can keep the goods and offered me free delivery for my next order - which will be happening NEVER lol.
