they cancelled both my orders with the reason that they are out of stock, despite the fact it is all still on the website. I'm going to waste some of their time by kicking up a storm on the phone.

One of the orders wasnt even that cheap, was still a tenner after discount so its not like i was expecting something for nothing.

I've emailed them today telling them that my item is in stock according to the website so could they please send me my order?

I know there's no chance but I just want to see what they come up with in their reply :cool:

Im going to do that too!! If anything it causes them a bit of grief having to reply to all the emails

I emailed them yesterday asking why my item was cancelled as oos when it was still showing in stock. Received a reply today which said

"stock sells out quickly but we get more in and the website is updated with new stock and replacement items " !!!!!

I'm even more annoyed now,after i ordered my purse,i rang my friend and she ordered the same one,hers got delivered today,yet i didn't get mine,exactly the same order and i ordered BEFORE her,only difference is,she paid by card and i by Paypal,perhaps it's a pain to process a debit card payment when Paypal is easy arghhh.
I'm gonna complain in writing now,i'm so annoyed that she got hers and she ordered after i did.

i paid by card and paypal and both were cancelled....was not expecting to get them but worth a punt....BUT would have used evans again if they had been honest in the emails and said the voucher terms were not met,mistake etc..not lied and said "we take your security very seriously so have cancelled your order" and the other "is out of stock" but in stock!!!...ah well

Ordered a bag for my mum on friday night / saturday morning about 1am, used the £9 off code and free delivery and its just been despatched. Seems some are getting through and some not.
