I used a prepaid visa too and havnt received any cancellation emails either.

I got the cancelled emails too saying it was for my own security HA. Then another email offering me £5 off my first offer. I don't think Evans even know what they are doing.

Also had my order cancelled but no refund yet, paid via paypal. Oh well worth a try! Hope some of you manage to get your orders x
