Just had one of my orders cancelled, it too was apparently already being packed. How disappointing! Like others I've also just been sent another code for £5 off, what are they all about!

Just recieved one cancelled order which I made yesterday....no explanation.... nothing not very good service other orders that I made previously still being packed Their system just doesn't make sense... and they've now just sent me another £5 off code that makes 5 in total now all to the same e mail account!!!!

Mine was cancelled too. Oh well I could probably make a ladder to the moon with the amount of socks we've got in this house!!

I received the £5 off email this morning but my order has been being packed all day. I mean who the hell takes all day to pack one small purse.:rotfl:
I fully expect the cancellation email at any time.

2 orders placed 29th still saying being packed in warehouse, no cancelation email

You would think that if they are going to cancel all the orders made they would do them all together, or at least have an explanation to their customers i.e they usaully say something like It error etc, even though I was sceptical they were going to honour all orders you would think that a large company like Evans would have at least an explanation for cancelled orders

I have had the order cancelled that I used the £9 code on and the one I made before that with the £5 code is still being packed at the warehouse. Looks like they may have discovered the glitch, halted the orders and ??? are working their way backwards. Not sure - either which way am sure it is only a matter of time before my first order gets cancelled!! Are people re ordering their socks with the "legit" e mailed code? How funny!!

Cancelled order was for £1.75 done on Friday night at midnight via paypal. The first order was done around 10pm (I think!) for 60p on visa and that is still processing - well until they cancel it that is!!

I can't get checkout to work. I get as far as being asked to verify my card details with my bank, then it takes me back to checkout. I've either just purchased an item about 8 times or it isn't working....
