Have you thought of painting the outside? The cream house just inside the back garden picture looks much nicer than the grey
  • Hi,
Don't know what I am doing wrong with the photos but there have been photos added to the rightmove site
    http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-28019887.html

I do think the kitchen ones are an improvement?(although the old ones are still there!)

EA was not happy with my email. They have now stopped taking on properties until they get some sold????? Not a good sign!!!

pics 3, 4 & 5 show kitchen a bit better, you should defo consider painting the lounge and child room walls a neutral colour, along with the fence at the side, after all your only "polishing money" give buyers less to niggle over, if you and your neighbouur went halves to paint the outside of both properties it would cost you vitually nothing and look far better both painted rather than one, invest £200 and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
out of curiosity have you tried another EA? whats that area like? crime, hoodies noise etc?
