    Villa?

now i dont know much about house style names up in Scotland but i thought this was an end terrace or town house? or Semi Detached.....but not a villa!?

It looks like there is potential there, but you do need to lose the clutter and use the advice here for pictures.

whats the back of the garden - iron fence or gate or something?

Is it just me, or does the back picture not match the front? The picture of the front looks like it's on a corner and a road (or something) going down the right hand side. From the back, there's clearly a house next door.

The blue is a very cold colour in the front room. Could do with a few pictures or something on the walls.

think the next house is just offset, you can see the hedge in both pics...and the roof.
  • we are end terrace with a road along the side for the access to the run way at the back.

You look too close to the house next door for a road to run down the side.

What's round the back of your house?

The back of your house picture is odd, the windows seem to have been placed randomly?!

    Nothing wrong, just looks odd.

That's what I thought too; why I thought a floor plan would be useful. The levels look very unusual - is there a semi-basement coal cellar or something behind the big white door to the right of the kitchen door in Pic8?

ETA: If that's the best the EA can do in respect of 'photos, I'd definitely clear up and do them again yourself. Can't help wondering if the EA has another local property similar to yours that they wish to sell first?

I agree with all thats been said.

Main thing for me was that I had to squint to look at the pictures and I have near perfect eye sight. They need some flash or much more natural light as at the moment they are very dark and you cannot see very well.

New kitchen picture needed with the kitchen taking main focus.

    Good luck x
