is that a coach park at the bottom of your garden? It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
Having looked at half a dozen of the agent's other properties, I can confidently say that they need some photography lessons, and need to learn metric......0

Right....
I have 'attempted' to take photos of my kitchen since everyones feedback and I would like to know if they are any better or if I'm best just sticking with the EA photo.
How do I get them on here tho for everyone to take a look?
I'm not the best at these things.
Thanks:)0 -
You'll need to explain to buyers that the lorries parked out the back are silent... I'd be tempted to plant some screening at the end of the garden and remove picture 7 from rightmove.0

front looks very grubby, your roof tiles look to be new or refurbished at the front, whats going on with the rear roof tiles? whats the white part seperating the neighbours? front fence could do with a paint. guttering looks substandard fitting, and to be honest it's either the pic angle or something but the rear of the house looks wonky,
if your buying this, then to be honest i'd be walking away.0 -
Blue will p*** off quite a few people in bonnie Scotland: you know why. (For curious readers, check the colours of the two main Glasgow footie teams..). It's red-rag to a bull....
Repaint the whole place in "Landlord's favourite" - magnolia walls, brilliant white ceilings/woodwork.
It will make it look fresher, the rooms bigger, and widen your market (unless you don't want to sell to followers of a certain team...in which case I've no time for you, Sir!!). Empty as much stuff out of the place as possible - makes it look neater & bigger..
Cheers!

i'd defo give it a lick of plain emulsion on the inside, takes the personality out of it which will get more folk through the door, to be honest any pics are better than those of your estate agent, must have one leg shorter than the other going by the rear pic:D0 -

Hope I have done this correctly??
The photos I have taken seem to be quite dark but it really was the best I could get. I have taken everyones feedback on board but i'm sure everyone will appreciated a few of the jobs can't be done overnight especially with 2 young kids so I have tried to clear as much clutter as possible and please take a look and let me know if I should change the EA photos and which ones should be changed.
Planning to take the rear of the house photo out altogether and ask for a floor plan to be added.
Thanks in advance0 -
can't access them, it only goes straight to my own account, you must need to set viewing rights or something, or use the insert image button in the reply box.0
