just pressed F8 and got various options- start normally , safe mode, debugging mode plus various others. I previously tried safe mode and start normally and none of them worked. Also tried putting in the windows disc but that didnt work either, any ideas what i should do? thanks

it goes into a windows boot manager menu too that says 'windows failed to start, a recent hardware or software change may be the cause'
