    Looking for a little advice.

I ordered groceries online, one multi-pack item was on a 2 for £3 offer but they substituted separate items and charged me the full price. When I called they only offered to refund the difference, but did not offer R&R.

    Is this right?

There was also a Digilogic TV/DVD combo with 2 SELs (£69.50 and £69.47) but I could not find a scanner after 10 minutes walking round with it. My arms were aching so I left it in the beer section.

There are 3 scanners in the Irlam store, I cant remember where 1 of them is its in the food section. 1 is upstairs perfect for the electricals over in the clothes section on a pillar just infront of the desk for that section, One downstairs is near the books again well placed if your after books. it is directly behind the CS desk but they both worked last time I was in there. I have carried PC's round stores and they are heavy

hmm copy and paste isnt working, reboot time I think.

Anyway r+r doesnt apply to online shopping, one of the reasons we dont use it is becasue they do substitute items occasionally.

Nope, you can't get an R&R - it doesn't apply to dot com. You can take the unwanted items back to the store for a full refund, but you won't get to keep the items. If you don't want substitutions, you've got to tick the box when you place your order.

    Sorry. :(

Hi- just a note re Judy Blume 'Forever' misprice- don't just buy this and think of it as just another girlie book like georgia Nicholson or Jacqueline Wilson. Although this is a teenage book it is quite sexually graphic and for a long time has been very controversial. I'm not saying its no good- although it has some very corny naming of parts- but that parents should check it before putting it away for Christmas - or worse giving it as a present to someone else's child.:o

Tesco do provide a range of Trolleys that would have worked well for you there, surely??

I know but I would stand out more pushing an empty trolley round a store or backwards and forwards to the scanners with a cd or DVD in there on its own. I usually try to find the scanners and check they work before lugging any item over to it.

    WPC's are generally a little lighter :D
  • Does anyone know if this misprice is still mispriced?

I'd love to get this for my OH for Xmas but it's a 30 mile round trip to my nearest store.

All the ones I have seen are priced correctly, It's just a case of going looking around I'm afraid!
