Another store (shaw) also has their scanners out.

Seriously wasted day and petrol! Im resiginig me thinks, Swindon is just "TOO" on the ball!

:eek: I have always been of the belief that there isn't a decent-sized Tesco in the UK that won't have at least one misprice?


PS Don't despair, give it a couple of weeks and they will be as !!!!!! as before. Tesco are not very good at sustaining their efficiency drives...

I'd given up on Blackpool Extra as they have very few misprices. I may reconsider whilst eating my free Rump Steak tonight. LOL.

Just wondering how its posible to claim back R&R on offers that have expired but the SEL is on the shelf can't they just say the offer has expired and just offer the difference as its not an acidental missprice really?

had to add it this way won't let me edit:

edit: as my local store has 2 x 4pack fosters £6.30 on a bigger clip on lable but still has the 2 x pack fosters for £6.00 yellow SEL underneath but expired 10/10/06

In my experience this has no bearing on the end result you will get full r&r. They simply remove the outdated sel and don't usually mention the date issue prior to refund.

Although this is tried in many stores it is not correct. If a label is showing a higher price than is charged or showing an offer that does not work then the customer is overcharged and a refund should be given. No argument to be had here, accidental or not, it is a misprice.
