  • Thinking about it now i could have used my 24 Big bottles of WKD red as a wall around it..hahaha gawd i'm gonna have fun tonight.

But think about it..theres so many things they could be brought up on..

    1 - Overpiced items
2 - Not sticking to there policy and changing it when they feel like it.
3 - Treating people different because of thir age or sex
4 - Banning people because they can't abide by their own policy.

Thats only a few of the top of my head!!

  • When i'm in there and theres a dispute over an item i've been overpriced on I ALWAYS mention there policy to someone in the queue. An have told the whole family about it and taught friends. Until they can start bucking there ideas up about no overpricing then i'm glad everyones getting sh*t loads off them. I was so p*ssed off when the i said to the manager what if i was an old lady that was overpriced and she said "well i wouldnt have let that happen" "its too late when she's left the store" i said. She then said "well if she came to customer services i would have given her a full refund!" "2 minutes ago you only offered me the difference" she couldnt answer that and She soon shut up..old moose!

Dont bother to be honest, I got the Beck vier there on saturday night, only 2 left, I got one and left the other for another MSE'er..well went in sunday and the SEL was gone.

Has anyone tried the other Tesco's in Swindon?

While your non greedy action is to be applauded, unfortunately it doesnt work like that......in most case(i would estimate 95%)....the SEL is removed by the CS immediately an overcharge is realised......so really you might as well have taken them both......If it wasn't removed immediately I would imagine Constantine and spa2k would have some very harsh words if it was their staff involved..

For those of you who don't use your clubcard when R&Ring may wanna think again.
    2 weeks ago I got a coupon worth £6 off a £20 shop & today I got an £8 coupon off a £40 shop.
Yesterday I even had the cheek to ask for my points on a £100 item 2 weeks later with 'overcharge full refund' scribbled all over it. lol

I'm already a marked man after previous experiences so what the hell!

Tesco's arent stupid though in this respect........All transcations have a unique number, and the transaction you RandRed a fortnight ago, willl have the same number as the transaction you have just added to your clubcard.

The reason I (and other experienced RandRers Ive spoken to) dont use the club card during the transaction, is that Tescos have all your details at hand...just by swiping your club card...which they often print out and attatch to the refund receipt.

A few similar refunds and you become marked.......and get the letter.

Now you personally might not care about this.....but I would imagine a lot of others reading your comments might.

    me....harsh words??

To be honest if a refund was issued and the label not removed I probably wouldnt be to happy, however the question would be more aimed at why the label was still there in the first place...
