  • For those of you who don't use your clubcard when R&Ring may wanna think again.
    2 weeks ago I got a coupon worth £6 off a £20 shop & today I got an £8 coupon off a £40 shop.
Yesterday I even had the cheek to ask for my points on a £100 item 2 weeks later with 'overcharge full refund' scribbled all over it. lol

I'm already a marked man after previous experiences so what the hell!

A very successful trip this morning!
    Totals in excess of £150

I was VERY brazen in one store, just R&R'ables in my trolley LOL
Was kept waiting after the CS realised I had more than 1 of each offending item, but her mate said, you get all that for free now, did you know that! I said, I can't believe it!

So Lesson learnt today, "FILL YOUR BOOTS" if your gonna get banned, get banned for a reason, i.e "Extracting the urine"
    :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Deedee you are a legend

So let me get this straight... you picked up an item that was not in the price blitz section, it was marked £9.97 and were charged correctly £9.97, but you went to the CS desk anyway and lied to them that you got it from the price blitz section and that it should have been £7.97 ??? And you did get the refund!

  • Had a thought last night....while watching Rogue Traders.

If people are getting banned then you could probably get those involved. Dont know if anyone watches it but these two guys go around looking for companies or cowboys who rip people off.. they dress up as old people aswell and have hidden cameras. They would be brillaint. They go nuts when companies overcharge. Like the experience I had on the weekend when dvd said £9.97 but got charged £22.99..thats more then double the price. I could have bought two. They would have a field day in there and then see what reaction what they get from CS when dressed normally and when he's done up as an old guy. Obviously most of the cs would try and offer the difference, this would be caught on the hidden camera then he could pester Sir Terry about the Overcharging and staff not sticking by the rules. At the end of the programme run a slide show of all the CS who didnt abide by the policy.. NAME & SHAME!!! hahaha

Its either a brill idea or I need to get out more often!!

If they would they should do it at Brent Park. This must have the worst CS ever. They have added a bit to their sign to say the policy doesn't apply to special offers. They even argued with me once that the every day low price sticker was a special offer. I don't bother with this store now as I'm just going to hit them with a big one. Must keep up with this thread though as I completely missed the Xbox fiasco.
