R&R is not illegal, but if you use debit/credit cards, and more especially your clubcard, everything is recorded and traces back to you.:rolleyes:

But....don't they ask you for you name and address like they do for a standard refund?

I had to ask a security man to "excuse me" while I took the last 12 packs of Fosters off the shelf....It had the 2 SELS again one for the £6.30 and the other for £6.

The CS lady asked me to "accept the 2 for free, and pay for the other 10", but with a meaningful glance at the "blue board", she went to ask the duty manager.....she came back, apologised with £37.80 in her hand.

I'm beginning to wonder if there is a "cunning plan"(as Baldrick might say) in force, where they are building a photo dossier of all customers obtaining RandR........lasting a fortnight or so.

If this was an HO directive, I would imagine it may be too hot (and confidential) an issue for spa2k or Constantine to mention on here.......which I'm sure we all respect...........although now I come to think about it, I recall both of them saying that they had had no extra directives re RandRers.
