Very Good.....not sure about the signature though.....clever but could may be delivered in a less condemning way....Couponing....."every little hurts"
Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Apologies for any offence, none was intended.
Well......you've managed to do it again....You've been subscribing to this thread (while RandRing)(which taught you all you know)for a whole 5 days or so.......and you've managed to upset most of us in some way or other.
I thought you'd gotten your chip off your shoulder in a couple of recent posts(and I even answered your posts) until this one......I was even starting to forget the "dont feed the troll" sentence when i read your posts....apart from the small dig about "upsetting the ladies".
I think if you want any resepect on here at all, you should clearly check your future posts with your "legal department"......or maybe I'm just upset to find out I'm PoorCouponing....."every little hurts"

I have received an excellent reply from him/Tesco and feel that I should publicise it more widely, so that the Head Office customer service can be applauded. It seems the problem lies in the stores and in the local CS staff themselves.
My letter to Tesco:
After a couple phone conversations with a gentleman in Dundee CS, who told me that the matter was being considered by the Tesco legal department, I received my reply and a generous moneycard. I hope Tesco's response means that their legal department did not place great confidence in the store's ability to retrospectively apply a local bulk buying policy. But .... here's a precis of what their letter said. Make up your own minds.
I am posting this message on both the ethics discussion thread and on the misprices discussion thread, but I think any comments should take place in the ethics thread on this page:

I did my 3rd R&R today, I purchased a bottle of red merlot wine, which was suppose to be £3.99 half priced, but I was charged full price of £7.99.
I went back and said to the lady "I have been overcharged, could I have a full refund please" She scanned the wine, and it showed up as £3.99 on her till, but gave the £7.99 and began putting the wine behind her, I said "oh, I actually want the wine" and she said, o.k can I have your card again, so I said "Tesco policy states if I'm over charged, blah blah blah" Thing is, she is well aware of this, as she was the lady I did my first R&R with.
What do you guys actually say when asked for a R&R? Do you simply say, can I have an R&R please?"I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -

NO! R&R probably won't mean much to them as it isn't a term they use, to the best of my knowledge.
Just say that you think you have been overcharged. Leave it at that. They'll (probably) offer you the difference. Then gently remind them of the 6ft board behind them!0
