I've posted on another thread but it appears my post got deleted. My question is how do you keep on top of all the R and Rs as you go around the store? Do you have a shopping list written beforehand? I suspect this post may get deleted but if you have the answers please PM me.

I have yet to try an R and R and my Tesco have already clamped down on my coupons.

As I stated in a previous post they CANNOT ban you for being overcharged and this IS the responsibility of Trading Standards to act on whether the person you speak to knows it or not. The letter is tantamount to intent to continue to overcharge but mitigate the opportunity of being found out.

You should be embarrassed twice over once for the lie and once for not unreservedly apologising. Standards really are slipping in this country today.
