The label on the bottle should say Black Label Brut. However, you need an SEL with £20.xx to get R&R. When I got four bottles yesterday, the SEL was for £20.78 and they scanned at £21.78.

I was just wondering, if you do use your clubcard or debit card what can tesco's do? Can they use that to ban you?

So no one here uses their clubcard or debit card when they go shopping?

Maybe i shouldn't use mine then if no one else does.

Can I pick your collective brain cell (1/2 each by my math)

So went fishing today, found some nice chicken breasts and a very nice looking phone @ £74.97.

Every other phone had a yellow sel with the 10% off in the price, except my one...

No prob with the chicken, even wombled a till spit (20 extra points when u spend 80p or more on canned vegi..ex baked beans ?????).

CS said discount was in phone, I said not look like it, she say manager said so, i asked to speak to manager, started off with we are not legally obliged bla bla..i said, sorry, one second while i get my refund on over charged chickens sorted, then we get onto phone.

she looks at phone says i'm wrong, i say how do u know that when the others are all priced, she refused to budge so i got a refund, and receipt with her name on it, with agreement that if the price doesn't go up 10% tom in line with all the other discounted phones, she will personally give me the phone for free...

What would you two intrepid R&R dudes have done ?

Personally, I use my club card and debit or credit card as and when it suits,

clearly paying cash and not using cards is best way to remain anon..but u no what, i really dont give a !!!!!! about that, if T want to take any action against me then they are more than welcome to.

I would wait until tomorrow, cos if the phone is the Motorola SLVR L7, i'm pretty sure its discontinued and wont go up...Its already been reduced from £129.99 to £89.99 and now down to £74.97........I won 2 arguments on this last week(3 phones), but lost 2 as well(3 phones).....

!!!!!! Dastardly may be the person to answer this.......Although when the managers are adamant, there isnt a lot you can do.
