Just R&R some pringles in my local store (Newcastle) but as already posted.... be careful as SEL refers to different sizes. Still got the money tho! Also the paprika (is that how you spell it?) are not in the offer.

Wife away tonight so i'm going hunting in all three local stores.......

Seem to have more luck at the Longton extra than the samll Newcastle store. Never had anything from Meir.

Never had anything from Longton but got a motorola L6 last week from meir park with the help of HO

My second R&R in the space of two days. Yesterday i visited a metro in covent Garden and got a successful R&R on lamp chops. today i brought three packs of Argentinan steaks and they argued i only went and brought they because i knew they were mispriced.

I had brought some other items as well however i was sruprised i was surrounded by six memeber of staff, one customer service, one meat boy, meat supervisor, duty manager, supervisor of the store and security guard. I personally thought i was because treated like a criminal. they only wanted to refund me but i kept pointing to their policy behind the fags.

Atfer being kept in tesco for 20 minutes, they finally came to their senses and gave the refund and gave the three steaks. The question is, they accused me of take the P, if i wanted to take the p i would have brought six steaks rather than three. How do you play this? do you lie and pretend you work in a restaurant? just tell them you've got the right as any other normal customer to have a R&R?

even more rude, when i got my money back on the card, not once did he looked at me, saying here your card, just placed it on the counter. I even told him the ribs was also mispriced, did he say thanks? no.

Unfortunately these mistakes are down to the store (rather than HO) so they take them personally.

Did you ask them how they came to the conclusion that you knew they were mispriced.........and how come the person responsible for that department didnt correct it.

When they get in this mood there little you can do (except write to HO to complain), and as you are now "marked" in that store, things will only get worse instead of better in that store. A few of us have been banned for less than this......its unfortunate, but this is the tactics that some of the staff are adopting.

I would try other stores, but pay in cash and don't use a clubcard......this way you cant be "electronically" identified.
