Contact card company they should investigate this for you.0

Be very careful about using this disappointing service.
We couldn't make contact with them at Barcelona airport even after calling their Spanish numbers on the booking form - the first number was wrong. After and hour and a half, and having been unexpectedly forced to move terminals by bus, we had to walk a good half mile to an empty bus which was not leaving until full - another hour's probable wait. Then we realised that the bus would be dropping off at every hotel before our own which it made a nonsense of their 1hour, 8 minutes travelling promise. We heard travelling times of three hours!
So we got on the public bus into Barcelona bus station, and another public bus to our hotel at Santa Suzanna. We immediately cancelled our return trip with Resorthopper and used the very cheap coastal train - through Barcelona to the airport. It was delightful.
Having not used their service either way, and actually cancelling the return trip, we tried to get a refund on our return. Writing to them only got a string of automatic replies promising a real reply in 72 hours. The story goes on. But perhaps the most telling part is that none of their UK literature carries any contact numbers which suggests to me that they are hiding behind their own bureaucracy and weasley 'terms and conditions' quoting 'agencies' to avoid the tide of complaints. We have not had any form of refund even for the return trip we actually cancelled.
Do not use this service unless you want to spend the best part of a whole day's sunshine waiting for and travelling on an unscheduled coach.0 -
Whatever you do, avoid this company like the plague. Everything is geared towards their operational level of service (or lack of) and not the level advertised. In turn, they make it so awkward for their so called customers to make any form of complaint. Local operator is confined to a single office at the arrivals side of the airport, and of course the only time you have any real opportunity to complain in person is after the return leg of your journey. You will inevitably be late to the airport and lose this opportunity as you will be more concerned with other more important things, like catching your flight! Resort hoppers get out clause is that even though they accept your cash and book your transfers, any complaints need to go against their representative. Not so easy to deal with when you are back home.....
Our experience started with an hour and ten minutes wait for the coach, then a further twenty five minutes waiting for the coach to leave, even though everyone seemed to be on board! The coach only left after disgruntled customers threatened to leave on mass as like us, had paid for the 'Speedy Shuttle' service. It was clear that the driver was under instruction to fill the coach before leaving! This service is advertised as leaving within half an hour of arrival, a travel time of one hour fifteen minutes and no more than four stops. We were the eighth stop after all those earlier delays! Travel time was 1 hour forty minutes.
The return journey was no better, although the collection time from our hotel was near enough spot on. Again, we endured a nine stop journey and a two hour journey time. Again way off from the stated max four stop and one hour fifteen minute travel time!0 -

We used Resorthoppa for our transfer from Izmir to Altinkum-never again! The bus was over two hours late because they said they needed a bigger bus for all the passengers, then the rep "legged" it as fast as possible and all 17 passengers were left alone. We had all arrived off an Easyjet flight by the way that had fab staff on board, and had arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule.
When the "bigger bus" finally came, it was still too small and one of the passengers had to sit on a plastic stool in the middle of the bus!! Yes really!! Health and safety at its best!! The best is yet to come... The drivers decided half way to our apartment (it was advertised by Resorthoppa as a one and a half hour transfer) that they were hungry, so they stopped the bus at a roadside cafe and then spent the next 45 minutes tucking in to a two course meal!! Unbelievable and shocking! The passengers were furious! The drivers oblivious and suddenly all they could speak was Turkish!!
My partner and I arrived at our destination at 3 am- some three and a half hours late. We have heard even worse horror stories about airport transfers since, so beware, read the reviews and make sure they are ABTA registered. I am still trying to get a response from them, if anyone has any advice of a previous experience with this company, please let me know! Resorthoppa?? I would personally "hop" to a different company if you want a decent transfer!!0 -
I'm not so negative about Resorthoppa just their poor choice of partners for the actual transfers. We've just returned from Antalya Airport having used them for the transfer. The Elefti Travel (Resorthoppa) transfer from the airport to our hotel left 90 minutes after we arrived at 12:20. We were told after 15 minutes that they were waiting for 3 more passengers whose plane had just arrived. On asking the passengers how late they were we were told they had landed on schedule at 13:15. I hate being lied to.0

I also booked resorthoppa this year for my airport transfer from Palma airport to Puerto Pollensa. Arrival transfer was no problem but they failed to pick my partner and I up for the return transfer.
After 45 minutes of waiting I rang the emergency transfer line to be told they had no record of my return booking (even though I used the resorthoppa app as recommended and received confirmation of pick-up via the app) and that I should get a taxi and claim the money back when in my own country.
No apology was given !!
I had to pay 90 Euros for a taxi and only just made the checking in time.
I have emailed their customer services with a scanned copy of the taxi receipt and the screenshot from my phone showing the app confirmation. Can anyone offer advice on how long I should wait to receive the expenses incurred before I take this matter further and then how ??
Thanks in anticipation,

I had to claim a taxi trip to the airport fro A2B Tranfers when the return transfer didn't turn up in Tenerife. My claim was rejected as the official taxi receipt didn't show the pick up and drop off points. I added them in and rescanned it only to be told that I was trying to make a fraudulent claim!0

I used Resorthoppa services two weeks ago. A taxi, not a bus was waiting for us. He told us that the new meeting point to go back to the airport was about 200 meters where our apartment was due to some road works. At the time of going back nobody picked us up.
We managed to get a bus and then a taxi just in time to get the plane. Nobody had answered to the emergency number we're provided. Now they say that the driver was at the apartments, not at the meeting point that the taxi driver had told us and they lied us saying that they had a stamp from the receptionist. We double checked that information and the receptionist started at 10am, not at 8am when they had to meet us. So nobody could stamp their visit. They are now saying that their new proof is a photo that the driver took to prove he was there. Amazing.
I'm asking for my money back but they refuse to do it. Any suggestions about what can I do now would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Needless to say that I'll avoid to use their services again... You can take the risk.0 -
ResortHoppa like all the other transfer companies use local agents in each resort. You could find yourself booking with a different company to avoid RH and then find yourself on the same bus as people who did use them.
I've used them a few times and generally they have been fine. At Faro earlier this year the pickup area was chaos as it was so busy but they eventually got everyone onto the right bus.0
