That's dire, no wonder you're angry. It seems a recurrent theme on these diaries with the exes trying to make life as difficult as they possibly can.
see to be honest the longer it went on with no contact the better it was as the kids settled into our blended family with Abbie even changing her name to my hubby's now I have a feeling this is going to upset the balance however the kids are entitled to speak to their bio father so if that's what they want to do then I have to respect their wishes.

Well we know he's a twot :D don't we lol but I think perhaps look at it another way. The lessons learned, and the "who you are today" and how ex played a part in you shaping your future happiness. Your the best mum ABBA I just know it. Actually not the best I'd say you are a supermum. 😁

Sending lots of love and support your way.

well the want to meet him but Abbie has laid down the law and told him it's on their terms not his so we are meeting with him on the 1st weekend of October as that's when he's free as he's military so that's fine with the kids.  They have started writing down questions for him to answer which I think is very sensible.  So proud of them both xx

It did however raise the issue that KK didn't have a clue so we had to explain that abbie and xander don't share the same blood as him however that his dad is definitely their dad too as he has been the one to raise them.  He took in very well and asked some very grown up questions, all my kids are growing up here, not happy lol

Been a nice day had a cheeky day off so took a bus trip with abbie to see the bus route for her to get to college as it's in another town the fares are shocking £9.50 return OMG but hopefully the college will pay travelling expenses and you can get a student 13 week ticket so fingers crossed.

it only took 10 minutes to get to the college from the bus station so she's pleased with that plus she's found on route theirs a subway and a costa coffee so she's feeling very positive.  she has her induction on Monday.  So proud of her.

Bought her a pair of jeans in Primark £10 and hubby a top for his birthday £18 then we nipped into wilko and got her stuff for her course folders, notebooks etc £7 then we stopped by GAME and I have officially started my Xmas shopping as they were having 20% off all funko pop characters and that was the lowest marked price so I bought KK two for £17 defo a bargain and they are fortnite ones so I'm hoping he likes them.

Halifax is officially cleared again.  woo hoo now to start tackling hubby's card but I'll get those details from him tomorrow if not it'll be by the weekend.

So proud of you, all the kids, the questions are totally natural and normal and very grown up. Makes my heart melt. How funny I thought about starting my Xmas shopping too. Have a September birthday to buy for first so after that I'm getting organised. Omg to the bus fares hopeful college can sort the pass - college be so good for her I'm sure.
Glad your all OK and you finally took the day out.

I have a mindees birthday on the 10th but i've already ordered this so hopefully it's here by next week.  Got her a personalised necklace with her name on it and then I have hubby's on the 20th plus a 18th birthday on the 19th.  Then its Xmas stuff

Abbie wants Ikea vouchers as she and BF are moving out at some point next year into their own home.  And I want to book them their hotel room as BF got her friends fest tickets for this year but it got cancelled due to covid and rescheduled for next year and its in Manchester.

No idea what to get the boys eldest son wants a gaming PC told him not a chance too expensive and no where to put it until abbie moves out next year

well did my 30 mins on the crosstrainer this morning its certainly loosened me up from my gym class from last night.  I have the gym again tonight at 7pm then ill have a rest tomorrow evening as I'll still do the cross-trainer in the morning as it sets me up for the day.

Gained two new avon customers , my friend wanted a book as did her next door neighbour, need to update my spreadsheet, yes i have a spreadsheet for my avon lol xx  And I've won award for hitting level 3 in a summer incentive so I have a up to £100 bundle to pick from so I think I'll pick the fragrance sets as perfume always sells well.  Will get this with my next order.

That's really responsible of Abbie to start up a home with some vouchers and what a great idea! I might pinch that one lol.
