Hope the school run today was better. It's hard for the kids going to new classrooms and teachers with no preparation."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee1 -
well my plans went out the window just got back from Lidl spent £180 in there all i need to get is fresh chicken form butchers and we are sorted.
got home unpacked the shopping hubby made me dinner and we had just settled down to watch a program to get a phone call from my friends son saying she was having a mental breakdown and had upted and left the house. so cue frantic phone calls to the police for advice, me trying to phone her, her son contacting all her friends she had been in contact with.
She finally answered her phone to me, she had jumped on a train and was thinking of flinging herself of a bridge. It took my everything to not shout at her for being so selfish and I managed to talk her into getting the train back to me I picked her up and phoned nhs24 to speak to the mental health department who were great. she stayed over at mine and so far today we've got her an appointment for a CPN to assess her tomorrow at 2pm and I've phoned social work and the local council to get support for her friend who is temporarily staying with her as this has been one of the triggers of her breakdown as she's been running after this little old lady and getting no where so I'm waiting on a phone call back from social work.
But I'm shattered I never got to bed til 2am and was up at 6am with hubby going to work. But my best friend is still alive and thats all that matters xx
