    morning everyone

I have work today so I start at 4.30 which isn't too bad.

today is a LSD I think, i'm just about to go get my paper, kids will probably talk me into a sweetie or a packet of crisps lol as there goodie drawer is starting to run low lol

I paid £4.58 towards Cap One today, hardly anything but better off paying something off than nothing lol Means my bank account has been rounded up to the nearest £10 so I have £60 in the bank (forgot paypal where taking ebay expenses off doh) £52 in my purse (wee bro paid me this weeks and next weeks dig money) so I will survive this expensive month without having to resort to the overdraft woo hoo lol well hopefully lol

Just waiting on the DD for the Halifax CC to come out and that will be my debt payments for July all done but it doesn't come out til the 27th. Looking forward to paying off half the balance of the Cap One Card next month, have done some extra shifts again this month so will be able to fling at least £300 from my wages onto it just need to find another £89 which I'm sure will be very doable.

I have DS birthday on the 20th but i have bought his clothes for his birthday already in various sales so just need to get him some toys and a visit to the farm park up here and he's sorted so my debt busting shall be back to full force that it was at in the previous months as I'm determined to hit the £5000 mark next month x

    Hi Abba

I need to get the de-clutter bug as well, for me at the moment its just finding the time but once today is out of the way they'll be no stopping me!

A small payment to Cap1 is better than no payment xx

I just want some of the stuff out the way before I start the xmas shop lol plus any pennies we make go towards the house, kids don't want a pizza hut now they want pizzas from asda, the ones they make up there and then and a couple of the £5 dvd's so it saves us money in the long run lol My kids are MSE already lol

If the small payment shaves more money off the interest I pay then it defo helps lol

Carboot went ok, got rid of about half the stuff made £69 selling stuff for 50p/£1 mostly so very chuffed will do it again but just not on a beautiful day like it was yesterday as many people didin't want to part with there money and there were too many stalls lol But I managed to get some bargains too so can't complain lol

put £2 in smash in our sealed til and have put £25 aside for a day at the pictures to take the kids to see Cars 2 so thats that taken care of. We went to asda afterwards and spent £34 oopppps lol but that was for food and snacks and juice plus 4 dvds lol but the dvds only came to £11 so we defo got bargains there lol we came home and watched 4 dvds (we also got a couple from car boot sale lol) so a nice chilled evening we had.

Today was meant to be a lazy day but the wee mans dvd player decided to stop working, thank god its still under warrenty so took it back to tesco and got a new one but had to pay £7 in difference :mad:also bought the kids a paddling pool and bought washing up liquid and bread.

kids loved having the paddling pool they were soaking lol i managed o get a washing out whilst my friend brought her wee girls round but they ended up leaving early as the oldest wasn't feeling to well

cheekily asked my neighbour could I borrow his lawnmower ( I don't have one but the young boys around here do it for a tenner but seeing as i'm skinto i couldn't pay them) so neighbour kindly lent me his and my garden is no longer a jungle lol

Just checked my odeon card and I have more than enough points to redeem for a adult ticket so i only need to pay £10.70 for the kids to see the film so can't complain lol

I have £4 in my purse and roughly £53 in my bank account to last me at least til Friday which I am determined will last me lolbut i'm chuffed I've saved some money from our cinema trip already so we've decided to go on tuesday morning :p

Well done on the carboot sales, I thought about doing one but I know that I'd never make it out of bed soooo early in the morning.

    Enjoy Cars 2 xx

  • You have still done fantastically well to make the money stretch as far as you have.

I used to take my own popcorn to the cinema and cans of drinks as it is so expensive....nearly as dear as the film itself... now my kids (all grown up now) take their own snacks to eat as have realised that its just a rip off.

Glad you liked the cars 2, saw Cars 1 recently and loved that. Mind you having said that I liked Toy Story...lol ....although never really got into the Shrek movies...:rotfl:
