Hi,
Thanks for your response,
I have filled out the form and sent it back to them. They have told me that they are unable to remove my details from their CD's that they send out is this correct? Is there anyway that I can get them to remove my details from the disk?
Could you please let me know
Thanks0 -

Pretty poor customer support from 192.com
I sent a form in over a week ago to request that my details be removed and to date this has not happened this is the response I received
We have received a number of forms over the recent weeks and these have all been distributed for removal – we do not confirm receipt of individual forms. Please check the website after the 21 days to confirm the record has been removed.0 -
Hi,
Finally it looks like my records have been taken off their site. They have now told me that I need to contact my Local Council in order for the electoral roll records not to reappear on their site again. Is this correct?
please can someone let me know.
Thanks0 -
It probably is correct - the electoral roll allows you to opt in or out of the fully public listing. If they have used the correct listing, then it is down to you for not putting yourself on the non public part of the listDeleted_User wrote: »Hi,

Mine and my OH's details were removed within 21 days of sending in the forms, as they stated :T0

Hi,
Am I correct in thinking that there is a section on the electoral form to opt out of being on the public domain ?0 -

Yes there is and me and OH chose this option to 'opt out' yet our details were still on the site!
I have as yet had no satisfactory explanation as to why, but 3 weeks after sending off the removal form, they are now removed.0 -

OK, so it looks like my details might be back on there again then when a new form is sent out. In my experience 192.com customer service must one of the worst I have ever dealt with their replies to emails are very short and are not of much help.0 -
Does anyone know if 192.com have other records on people other than the electoral roll records if so how could these get removed?0
