yes monday to friday 9 till 5 im trying to set it up for my parents and cant get there around that time because of work , thanks for the input anyway

he has windows me on a old laptop , it was so much easier on mine with windows xp and my linksys setup

Well I didn't rate their customer service at all - I had an 'early' wireless adsl/router & laptop card model (£106) (then with only 12 months warranty). When it started going on and off and then failed I phoned their tech support to see if they could help confirm the fault - nope, not unless I paid for support as the kit was out of warranty. :mad:

I searched about and discovered their power supplies often failed (giving exactly the symptoms I'd noticed) - another power supply was ordered (not from 3Com) and the kit is working again.

I will not buy from them again. The extra laptop card I bought later is a D-Link. They didn't have to help me diagnose the fault and I don't have to buy from them again.
