Great to hear people are eventually getting their vouchers. I ordered mine on Monday and still haven't got anything. Phoned customer services twice and spoke to a very apologetic lady both times....hoping I might receive the vouchers today. Everything I wanted is now out of stock but I'm sure they'll be other things to spend my £100 of toy vouchers on. Looking forward to having a hunt around later. Can't really complain as whatever I get will be 'free' as I do my shopping at tesco regardless of the clubcard. Fingers crossed I'll be shopping later!
  • hey everyone

    i got my vouchers!:)

now i just have to decide what to spend them on!

am debating getting a tv for the kitchen, i have £80 worht doubled up so i would have to pay a little ontop, are the small tv's any good?

also need an iron, oh the debates :rotfl:

    happy spending everyone
    :money:
  • Although this is a great way of "money saving" when i changed up my vouchers on tuesday the system kept crashing and it just seems far too complicated (eg. choosing how much per department etc) Can they not just double them up and thats that?! lol rant over :)

IMHO, their own brand ones (Technika) are rubbish :( We bought a TV/DVD combi for the bedroom in late 2008, it just completely stopped working the following year, luckily it was only around 10-11 months after we bought it so it was still in the 12 month guarantee, and they replaced it for me with the 2009 model. Then THAT broke in about Feb this year so literally about 3-4 months after we got it :( So this time I just took it back and got the money back, didn't want a replacement after that.

thanks for this i might go for the samsung which is £170 for 19" but seems alot for such a small tv.

I definitely think it's worth shelling out a bit more on a brand name... that Technika stuff was just false economy IMO.

I have to agree completley about technika tvs they are utter rubbish and thats me being polite about it lol

I also had tv/dvd combo and it stopped working after 9 months took it back and got my money back. I now have a lovely samsung which is far superior. Please do not waste your money on a technika

Does anyone have the code which gives 1000 extra points on a £100+ Tesco Direct spend, please?

    Or a free delivery code?

I'm assuming these still work on the Big Voucher Exchange?

I have to disagree with you.

Every TV in our house is a technika, the 37 inch in the living room and every 22inch TV/DVD combi in all 3 of the bedrooms.

The living room TV we have had for 3 years and not had a single problem, the bedroom Tv's 2 & half years, 2 years and 15 months,

Our living room TV is on all day and is practically never off, and the bedroom Tvs are used for a few hours a day.

So they get used, 2 of the bedroom Tv's are in our kids rooms and they poke them to hell and there still standing, no dead pixels etc.

(I dont reccomend you get your kids to test poke your TV)
